Service Description

Rates: *Three hours minimum $60/hour for less than 20 people ($180 minimum) $70/hour for 21 - 30 people ($210 minimum) $80/hour for more than 30 people ($240 minimum) $100/hour for more than 50 people ($300 minimum) There is a $30 Non-refundable fee to write your event in the calendar. Rescheduling needs to be done a week prior to the event you booked to keep the deposit. We only accept cash or check. Toys You can bring your own toys down. At the rink, we provide several bikes, bikes with training wheels, scooters, skateboards, rip sticks, toddler toys, and of course rollerblades and skates. There are also helmets, elbow pads, and knee pads if you wish. We ask that at the end of your party (15 mins before), the toys are returned to their place. Food: You can bring your own food and drinks; we have several plug-ins for crockpots. There are also two pizza ovens and a microwave available Music We can hook up to iPhone or Samsung if you would like to play music off of your phone. We can also play the radio if that is what your group prefers Other notes: *The rink is between 62-65 degrees, due to the cost of heating *Bring socks if you would like to go skating or rollerblading. *No food or drink is allowed on the roller rink floor. *You will have to walk down one flight of stairs to enter the rink. There is an alternative way to get into the rink if a member of your party cannot do stairs. Please give us a heads up if that is the case. *Doors open 15 minutes before start time. We ask that you begin your clean up 15 minutes before the end of the party. We have had issues with people not leaving when the time slot ends. Our staff either has to clean up for the next party or have other life obligations. We would like to avoid charging people for staying after their reserved time. *If you have not been here before, please know that the building is showing its age. That will not affect the fun to be had at Belle Creek Roller Rink!
