Event Space Rental

Service Description

The main floor is 6200 square feet. There is also a bar and dining area near the main bathrooms. 2 Handicap accessible bathrooms. There are stairs from the main door to the event center, but other accommodations are available as needed for handicap accessibility. Capacity - maximum of 300 people Cost - CASH OR CHECK ONLY $250 for 4 hours, additional hours available at $50/hr All taxes and fees are included. There is a $30 Non-refundable fee to write your event in the calendar. Rescheduling needs to be done a week prior to the event you booked to keep the deposit. We allow 15 minutes beforehand to come setup. We ask that you leave the building somewhat tidy to make for a quick cleanup for staff. You are allowed to bring in any food or alcohol that you would like. Our facility has a permit for on-site alcohol. We have several plug-ins for crock-pots, and 2 pizza ovens and a microwave available. (check in with staff to use) There are speakers to play any music you would like. We have adapters for Apple, Samsung, and AUX There will not be an attendant at your event. Someone will help you setup and answer any questions. This does not include the use of skates or toys. There will be parking across the gravel road for any extra cars. This is a new adventure for us so please be patient as we navigate this.
